Coconut oil is a true superfood. It contains healthy fats called medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs) which include caprylic, lauric, and capric acid. It does contain a lot of saturated fat, but it is healthy saturated fat. MCFAs are more easily digested than other fats, so they are more easily used as fuel instead of stored as fat. It is also a natural antimicrobial and antifungal agent.

Benefits: helps Alzheimer’s, heart health, UTI, anti-inflammatory, cancer prevention, boost immunity, improves brain function, improves energy, improves digestion, improves skin, prevents gum disease and tooth decay, prevents osteoporosis, improves type 2 Diabetes, helps weight loss, build muscles, good for hair, fights yeast infections, anti-aging, balances hormones
