You can customize it to your liking. Here are some ingredients you can put into your smoothie. It’s best to pick some ingredients from each category for more diverse nutrition.

Order of Ingredients from Bottom to Top of Blender: Liquids, Dry Goods, Leafy Greens, Fruits & Veggies, Ice & Frozen Ingredients

Liquids: Water, milk, almond milk, soymilk, flaxmilk, coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut water, yogurt, kefir, aloe vera juice, etc.

Dry Goods: Chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, other seeds, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans (other nuts – creates nut butter taste), protein powder, collagen powder, maca powder, green superfood powder, spirulina, granola, cacao nibs, etc.

Leafy Greens: Microgreens, kale, spinach, mustard greens, collard greens, swiss chard, arugula, lettuce, watercress, wheatgrass, dandelion greens, cabbage, beet greens, etc.

Fruits: Banana, apple, avocado, peach, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, papaya, pineapple, lemon, orange, plum, pear, grapes, mango, coconut, cantaloupe, honeydew, acai berry, pitaya, etc.
